We limit the ramp program to the area of Neenah, Menasha, Appleton and surrounding 25 mile radius, but not the city of Oshkosh due to the work load.

We ask that the person pay for 1/2 the materials needed for construction if they can and try to get assistance from their local Lions Club or another organization such as the Easter Seals Foundation if they can't pay. There is no charge for qualified persons in the towns of Clayton and Winchester. Must meet USDA definition of farming. Any farmer with a disability qualifies for the AgrAbility program and will not be turned away.

AgrAbility staff design a customized assistance plan based on the type of farming operation, type of disability, and the needs of the individual with a disability and his/her family. This plan could include: equipment and worksite modification,farm job restructuring,community and health care coordination,stress management, peer support involvement, farm safety and identification of funding resources.
Services are provided at the farm and are confidential.

Aging and Disability Resource Centers (ADRCs) are the first place to go to get accurate, unbiased information on all aspects of life related to aging or living with a disability. ADRCs are friendly, welcoming places where anyone - individuals, concerned families or friends, or professionals working with issues related to aging or disabilities - can go for information tailored to their situation. The ADRC provides information on broad range of programs and services, helps people understand the various long term care options available to them, helps people apply for programs and benefits, and serves as the access point for publicly-funded long term care. These services can be provided at the ADRC, via telephone, or through a home visit, whichever is more convenient to the individual seeking help.

A recommendation from an O.T., P.T. or Physician is required to ensure the equipment is appropriate for the individual. We maintain an inventory of gently used medical equipment including, but not limited to: Wheelchairs Power and Manual, Patient Lifts, Bed Tables, Bathtub Transfer Benches, Shower Chairs, Shower Stools, Wheeled Shower Chairs, Commodes, Raised Toilet Seats, Walkers, Rollators, Toilet Safety Bars, and more, subject to availability.
